I. Pre-sales Service
(1) Based on user needs, assist customers in selecting suitable products with the correct specifications and models.
(2) Enthusiastically receive customer visits and promptly handle user calls, letters, faxes, and inquiries.
II. In-sales Service
(1) Strictly organize production according to contract technical requirements and relevant national standards, ensuring quality, quantity, and timely delivery to the agreed location.
(2) According to user requirements, provide free training to users on cable laying, use, and maintenance, and provide on-site guidance to users on correct construction.
(3) If the user's selection is incorrect, the order quantity is insufficient, or special circumstances require early delivery, our company will prioritize the user's needs, prioritize production, and strive to meet user requirements.
III. After-sales Service
(1) Our company implements a 24-hour after-sales service system. Upon receiving a user service request, our marketing service personnel will arrive at the user's site within 24 hours to provide service.
(2) Damage, shortages, and other product quality problems before the acceptance inspection shall be the responsibility of our company.
(3) For quality problems that exist or occur during the warranty period, after confirmation by both parties, if it is our responsibility, we will be responsible for free defect processing or replacement/return, and we promise that under normal circumstances, the service will be provided within 7 days, and in urgent cases, within 3 days, with reasonable expenses borne by our company.
(4) For quality problems confirmed by both parties to be the responsibility of the user, we will also actively assist in resolving them to meet user requirements.
(5) During the installation and use process, if technical guidance is needed, we will promptly dispatch professional technicians to provide free service to meet user requirements.
(6) Our company establishes user files and regularly contacts users in writing and by phone to solicit user opinions and suggestions. We will statistically analyze the suggestions and quality problems raised by users, continuously improve company management, further improve product quality and service quality, pursue perfection, and meet user needs.
