PVC wire winding film, a new type of packaging material, features ultra-thinness, high strength, transparency, self-adhesion, and low-temperature resistance. It is an ideal packaging material, especially suitable for packaging chemicals, electronic components, building materials, rubber, low bricks, tiles, screws, wallpaper, and leather.
PVC wire wrapping film has a very wide range of applications. Its small volume and high stickiness make it convenient for wire wrapping and for consolidating and packaging loose goods, replacing small storage boxes. Because it can reduce transportation packaging costs for bulk goods by more than 30%, it is widely used for the consolidated packaging of various products such as hardware, minerals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and machinery. In the field of warehouse storage, stretch film pallet packaging is also widely used abroad for three-dimensional storage and transportation to save space and land.
PVC wire wrapping film is a brand new packaging material. Its material has characteristics such as being ultra-thin, strong and tough, transparent, self-adhesive, and resistant to low temperatures. It is an ideal packaging material, especially suitable for packaging chemicals, electronic components, building materials, rubber, bricks, tiles, screws, wallpaper, leather, fiberglass, non-woven fabrics, paper rolls, wires, and iron wires. Good adhesion makes the outer packaging film layer stick to layer, securing the goods. There are mainly two methods to achieve stickiness: one is to add PIB or its masterbatch into the polymer; the other is to blend VLDPE. PIB is a translucent viscous liquid; direct addition requires special equipment or modification of existing equipment. Generally, PIB masterbatch is used. PIB migration takes a process, usually three days, and is also affected by temperature: stickiness is stronger at high temperatures and less sticky at low temperatures. After stretching, the stickiness significantly decreases. Therefore, the finished film is best stored within a certain temperature range (recommended storage temperature is 15 ℃ to 25 ℃). Blending VLDPE results in slightly poorer stickiness, but it has no special equipment requirements, its stickiness is relatively stable, and it is not time-controlled. However, it is also affected by temperature: it is relatively stickier when the temperature is above 30 ℃ and slightly less sticky when below 15 ℃. The desired stickiness can be achieved by adjusting the amount of LLDPE in the adhesive layer.
