Inspection Rules

Products shall be inspected and approved by the technical inspection department before leaving the factory, and each shipment shall be accompanied by a certificate of product quality inspection.

Products shall be in accordance with DIN VDE 0282-4 Conduct the prescribed type of inspection; if the first test result for a sampling inspection item is unsatisfactory, an additional sample shall be taken from the same batch of cables.  For a single specimen, tests are conducted on the nonconforming items; If all sampled units pass inspection, the batch of cables is deemed accepted; otherwise, the batch is rejected. The sample size for each batch shall be determined by mutual agreement; if the user does not specify, it shall be prescribed by the manufacturer.

Labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage & transport

Logo

The outer surface of the cable shall bear continuous markings indicating the manufacturer, model, nominal cross-sectional area, voltage rating, and other relevant information; the marking method shall comply with… DIN VDE 0293-308 Requirements for color coding of cable conductors and flexible cords.

The marking shall be legible and resistant to erasure; it may be gently wiped with a water‑soaked, degreased cotton cloth. 10 Next, the handwriting remains clearly legible.

Packaging

Cables may be packaged in drums or coils; drum‑packaged cables shall be properly secured in accordance with… JB/T8137 Delivery shall be made on the specified cable reel. The cable shall be securely sealed, and the cable end protruding from the reel shall be fitted with a protective cap; the length of the protrusion shall not exceed 300mm。

The outer side of the cable reel for bundled cables and the additional label on coiled cables shall indicate:

① Manufacturer’s name or trademark;

② Product model and specifications, mm ² ,V ;

③ Length, m ;

④ Manufacturing date:   year   month;

⑤ This standard’s number;

⑥ Indicates the correct rotation direction of the cable reel.

Transportation and Storage

Cables should be kept away from high-temperature environments, and cable reels must not be laid flat.

During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to drop cable reels containing cables from height, and mechanical damage to the cables is also strictly forbidden.

When lifting packaged units, it is strictly prohibited to lift multiple reels simultaneously. On vehicles, vessels, and other transport equipment, cable reels must be securely positioned and properly restrained to prevent collisions and overturning.
